2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup is the tenth edition of the FIFA Women’s World Cup, the international women’s football tournament contested by national teams from FIFA member associations. The competition is scheduled to feature 32 teams, marking the second time the tournament is played in this expanded format.

The 2027 edition will be the final Women’s World Cup to include 32 teams, as FIFA has confirmed a further expansion to 48 teams starting from the 2031 tournament. Spain enter the competition as the defending champions, following their title victory in 2023.
