2026–27 Premier League Season

The 2026–27 Premier League is the 35th season of the competition since its launch in 1992 and the 128th season of top-flight English football.

Twenty clubs will compete throughout the season, featuring some of England’s most established teams alongside three newly promoted sides from the EFL Championship.

2026–27 Premier League Teams

The league includes 17 clubs retained from the 2025–26 season and three promoted teams:

Coventry City – returning to the top flight after 25 years
Ipswich Town – returning after one season in the Championship
Hull City – returning to the Premier League after nine years
