Affinity Logo in Vector
Affinity by Canva is a freemium vector and raster graphics editor developed by Serif, now a subsidiary of Canva.
Originally released in 2014 for macOS as Affinity Designer and later expanded to Windows and iPadOS, it succeeded Serif’s DrawPlus and eventually grew alongside Affinity Photo and Affinity Publisher as a competitor to Adobe’s design suite.
After Canva acquired Serif in 2024, the software transitioned in 2025 to a unified application model with integrated Photo and Publisher features and adopted a freemium system, with advanced AI tools available to Canva Pro subscribers.
