Ampol Limited is an Australian petroleum and energy company headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales. The company operates the country’s largest transport energy distribution and retail network, with more than 1,800 Ampol-branded service stations across Australia. Ampol also has operations in New Zealand through its subsidiary, Z Energy.

Originally incorporated in 1936, Ampol has a long history in Australia’s fuel industry. After years operating under the Caltex brand, the company reintroduced the Ampol name and launched a new visual identity from 2020, completing a nationwide rebrand across its service station network.
