The 2007–08 Barclays Premier League season was the 16th edition of the competition since its establishment.
The campaign began on 11 August 2007 and concluded on 11 May 2008. Manchester United entered the season as the defending champions, having secured their ninth Premier League title and 16th league championship overall the previous year.
This season also marked the third consecutive year in which the so-called “Big Four” clubs dominated the top four positions, securing UEFA Champions League qualification once again.
