Energizer, founded as part of the Eveready Battery Company, is an American manufacturer and one of the world’s leading producers of batteries, headquartered in Clayton, Missouri.

In 1980, Eveready rebranded its Alkaline Power Cell as Energizer, and in 1986, Union Carbide sold the company to Ralston Purina. Energizer now offers a wide range of batteries, including alkaline, lithium, and rechargeable types, as well as portable lighting products, known for reliability and innovation.
