Epson (Seiko Epson Corporation) is a Japanese multinational electronics company known as one of the world’s largest manufacturers of printers and imaging equipment.

Headquartered in Suwa, Nagano, it produces inkjet, dot matrix, thermal, and laser printers, as well as scanners, projectors, watches, POS systems, robots, and semiconductor components.

Originally part of the Seiko Group’s manufacturing and R&D division, Epson later became an independent company.
