Società Sportiva Lazio, commonly known as Lazio, is a prominent Italian professional sports club based in Rome, celebrated primarily for its football team.

Established in 1900, Lazio competes in Serie A and has consistently been a fixture in Italy’s top football tier. The club has claimed the Italian championship twice (1974 and 2000), secured the Coppa Italia seven times, the Supercoppa Italiana five times, and triumphed in the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup and UEFA Super Cup once each. Additionally, Lazio won the Serie B title in the 1968-69 season.
