NBCUniversal Media, LLC, doing business as NBCUniversal (formerly: NBC Universal, Inc. from 2004 to 2011), is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate corporation owned by Comcast and headquartered at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, United States.

In 2011, Comcast attained 51% and thereby the control of newly reformed NBCUniversal, by purchasing shares from GE, while GE bought out Vivendi.
