Stars Coffee is a Russian coffeehouse chain launched on August 18, 2022, following Starbucks‘ exit from Russia due to the Ukraine conflict.

Owned by rapper Timur Yunusov (Timati), restaurateur Anton Pinskiy, and Sindika Company, Stars Coffee took over 130 former Starbucks locations in Russia.

Headquartered in Moscow, the brand offers a similar menu, including drinks like “frappuccitos” and retains the practice of writing customers’ names on cups.

Its logo, inspired by Starbucks, features a woman in a traditional Russian kokoshnik instead of a mermaid.
