Federasi Olahraga Karate-Do Indonesia (Forki) is the national governing body for the sport of karate in Indonesia. The organization was officially established on March 10, 1964, in Jakarta under the name Persatuan Olahraga Karate Indonesia (Forki).

In 1972, during its 4th Congress, the organization adopted its current name, Federasi Olahraga Karate-Do Indonesia, while retaining the same abbreviation, Forki.
