The Maruetsu, Inc. is a Japanese supermarket chain headquartered in Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo, and operates primarily in the Kanto region as part of the Aeon Group.

Maruetsu manages several store formats under different brands, including Maruetsu (standard supermarkets), Maruetsu Petit (urban compact stores), and LINCOS (premium supermarkets). Formerly part of the Daiei Group, it later became a member of the Aeon Group.

In 2015, Maruetsu joined forces with other Aeon-owned supermarket chains—Kasumi and Maxvalu Kanto—to establish United Super Markets Holdings, strengthening its position in Japan’s competitive retail sector.
