Boston Legacy FC is a professional women’s soccer club based in Boston, Massachusetts. Set to join the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026, the club will launch at Gillette Stadium while its long-term home, White Stadium, undergoes renovation.
Established to bring elite women’s soccer back to Boston after the former Boston Breakers folded in 2017, the team represents a renewed investment in the city’s women’s sports landscape.
Originally announced in 2024 under a different name, the club rebranded as Boston Legacy FC in 2025 to better reflect its mission and community values.
